Advertising Sales Manager

Summary:

The Advertising Sales Manager is responsible for driving advertising revenue across ARRL's print and digital platforms, including magazines, media, and sponsorships. This role involves prospecting for new clients and cultivating current relationships, developing targeted advertising products and campaigns, managing ad sales operations, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and production teams. The manager also provides regular performance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to senior leadership, and represents ARRL at amateur radio events.

Senior RFI Lab Engineer

We value in-person collaboration – this role is 100% on-site with no remote options. 

Summary:

The Senior RFI Lab Engineer is responsible for managing, evaluating, and resolving Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) cases received by ARRL. This role involves technical testing, documentation, inter-agency coordination, database management, and contributions to national and international standards organizations. The position requires a proactive approach to case resolution, clear communication skills, and a thorough understanding of RF systems and EMC principles. Additionally, the role performs a wide range of technical duties in support of ARRL Technical Information Service (TIS), publications, membership services, and spectrum defense objectives.

Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator plays a key role in managing editorial and production workflows in a fast-paced publishing environment. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, tracking editorial assets, and ensuring timely delivery of content. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn proprietary software are essential. Strong written and oral communication skills are required, as well as familiarity with copyright considerations. Experience in copyediting or proofreading is a plus.
