The Twin State Radio Club, Inc. serves the upper Connecticut River Valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont (aka: the Dartmouth-Sunapee Region).
We meet on the 2nd Saturday of each month at the Kilton Library in West Lebanon, NH, and online via Zoom. Monthly meetings almost always feature an hour-long educational presentation or discussion on a technical or operational topic.
We bring our modern communications trailers to the New England Amateur Radio Festival twice each year, and HamXposition in Marlborough, MA, as well as to various local events and public service activities. We've been doing Field Day since 1955, and we get together for group contesting efforts including SOTA and IOTA activations. Have an idea for an operating, public service or educational event? Bring it to the next meeting!
Over the years, we've provided communications support for a wide variety of public service events, but the largest long-term commitment has been to the massive Audrey Prouty Century Ride each July, an event requiring more than 50 hams over two days. We also support communications for the Covered Bridges Half Marathon, the Vermont 100 Endurance Race, and the Vermont 50.
We have a multi-site 2m and 70cm repeater network spanning the entire Upper Valley region. Visit our website for details.
TSRC also supports the West Central NH-ARES group. www.nh-ares.org
